Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Doyen account and all the data attached to it at any time, on the web here or in the iOS app under My Account → Delete account.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile. Display name, handle, bio, avatar.
  • Your tasting journal entries and all uploaded photos.
  • Your follows, followers, and messages.
  • Your authentication record (email, password, sign-in tokens).

What we may keep

  • Transaction records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes. These are stored without identifying personal details where possible.
  • Minimal logs needed to enforce our rules. For example, to keep a banned account from rejoining under a new email. We hold these for no longer than 12 months.

Deletion is processed immediately. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Two ways to do this

  1. 1. Sign in and delete it yourself. The fastest way. Sign in to your account and we’ll bring you back here with a one-click delete button.
  2. 2. Email us. If you can’t access your account, email support@creadio.com from the address on file. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 days.
